What is your return policy?

If you don't love your item, you can return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy.

  • Returned items must have tags
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Purchaser is responsible for return costs
  • Discounted items are final sale

Can I cancel my order?

If your package has not left the warehouse, yes! Please reach out to us at info@yourdogpark.co with your order number and request to cancel.

Can items be exchanged?
